We are Rachel and Kasey Fink, the heart behind our small family farm, dedicated to raising exceptional Belted Galloways, premium broilers, and a mixed-breed beef herd. With two kids in tow and a passion for top-tier genetics, We’ve built this farm on hard work, integrity, and a commitment to delivering the best.
From Birthday Gift to a Thriving Herd
What started as a thoughtful birthday surprise—a trio of Belted Galloway heifers—quickly turned into a passion that reshaped our farm and our future. Kasey had no idea that those three heifers would spark an obsession with genetics, structure, and breeding top-tier cattle. But once the seed was planted, there was no turning back.
Raising livestock runs deep in our roots. I play an active role in my family’s dairy farm, gaining hands-on experience in animal care, herd management, and the hard work that goes into producing quality livestock. Meanwhile, Kasey operates commercial broiler houses and manages his own small beef herd separate from our Belted Galloways. Farming isn’t just a business for us—it’s a way of life.
Determined to do more than just raise cattle—I wanted to raise exceptional cattle—I dove headfirst into the world of Belted Galloways. I spent hours researching bloodlines, joining breeder communities, and connecting with like-minded cattlemen and women who shared my vision. One bull turned into two, and with each new addition, our herd grew stronger, more refined, and more impressive.
Today, our farm is built on the belief that quality speaks for itself. Every animal we raise is selected with purpose, bred with intention, and backed by experience. “Belties” are known for the white belt around their middle making them look like an oreo cookie.
Belted Galloways come in a variety of colors: Black, Dun, and Red.
Mature bulls average 1800 to 2000lbs.
